We have trained 625 Girls and Women to weave Pedana , Kalamkari Sarees from Therlam, Vepada, Kothavalasa, Bhogapuram Mandal’s. They were taught to design on the cloth made by printing with vegetable dyes of basic colours: red, black and blue, and drying under the sun and block printing with small motifs of flowers, leaves designs etc. These trainings had Increased economic, nutritional and health status of the beneficiaries families.
Minority Welfare and Rehabilitation Programme

“Unity in Adversity”

We have implemented the project to accelerate the Socio-Economic Development and Educational Advancement of Minority communities in Prakasam District, Andhra Pradesh. 590 students of minority communities studying in Schools and colleges provided educational concessions. We have provided training and employment opportunities for 640 women to reduce the problem of economic backwardness by facilitating to set up entrepreneurial ventures of their trainings undergone.
